Why is sleep important?

Sleep is important because  it repairs your body and it restores energy.
Sleep is important because when you think you can stay up late you will get Confused and get grumpy and angry.


Sleep is important because if you don’t get enough sleep you won’t be able to concentrate. Sleep is important because it can help you to learn more and not fall  asleep  while the teachers talking to you.


Turn off any internet games anything to do with the internet. One example  is Internet games make you have less sleep and when you wake up for school you feel grumpy and tired also lazy and don’t want to get up.


At bedtime or before bed unplug everything.  If you don’t get enough sleep you will get tired at school and fall asleep .


Finally, If you get enough sleep you will be ready for school and have heaps of energy and your brain will work really good and you will get work done faster.
One example is if you're a person that has a phone,tablet ,Chromebook or anything else.
